Highspeed Grain Elevators

Highspeed grain elevators are a type of centrifugal elevator. This model operates at even higher speeds than the standard centrifugal line. It also uses a unique “dual leg” design where the up-leg & down-leg are separate chambers.

As the name states, these elevators are primarily used for handling grain. Due to the highspeed operation these are used for handling lighter, non-abrasive materials. However, there are some special applications where these have been successfully used handling frac sand & pebble lime. Because our elevator line is fully customizable we are able to make design considerations to accommodate non-standard requirements.

A key advantage of the HSG product line is that they provide a relatively small foot print when compared to a standard duty centrifugal or continuous elevator rated for the same capacity. If space if of concern then a highspeed grain elevator may be worth considering.
