Super Capacity Elevators
Super capacity elevators are continuous style elevators that are designed to move larger capacities compared to our standard continuous model. Along with the increased rate these elevators are made with heavy duty components including the buckets, chain, bearings, & housing.
This elevator uses an SC style bucket which is specific to this model elevator. The SC bucket is a robust fabricated steel bucket that attaches between two strands of hardened steel bushed chain. The dual strand of chain allows for increased loads & higher capacities for handling materials with high bulk densities.
This product line will use minimum ¼” thick plate for the head & boot sections & 3/16” thk intermediate sections. Along with the heavier casing we provide abrasion resistant liners in all areas of the housing that will see product contact.
Similar to our mill duty product line, our super capacity elevator comes standard with an internal gravity take up, heavy duty housing construction, & abrasion resistant liners in wear areas.
